Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hitched Video Book. We want your keepsake to arrive safely, beautifully, and ready for your wedding film whenever possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

If you provide your wedding video download link before checkout, we will preload your video onto your Hitched Video Book before it ships.

If your video link is missing, incomplete, expired, or not downloadable, your order may be delayed while we contact you for the correct file or link.

Video Upload Timing

To avoid delays, please add your wedding video download link in the cart before checkout.

If you do not have your final wedding video yet, you may still place an order. Your Hitched Video Book can be shipped without a preloaded video, and you can load your MP4 file yourself using a computer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Hitched Video Book is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hitchedvideobook.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

You may also contact us at info@hitchedvideobook.com, and we will do our best to help you locate the package.

Hitched Video Book is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your Hitched Video Book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hitchedvideobook.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and help determine the next step.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship to United States only. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
